Buyer questions

Is NUSBE available for international buyers?

NUSBE accepts qualified international enquiries. Supply, documentation, shipping, training and commercial availability are assessed for the buyer's country and intended use.

Why is the machine price not public?

Pricing is provided in a tailored proposal because the exact model, quantity, freight, taxes, documentation and support scope vary by country and buyer.

Does NUSBE provide country approval?

No. NUSBE can share the documentation available for the proposed model, while the buyer obtains local advice and completes the approvals or importer obligations required in the destination market.

Is the system autonomous?

No. A trained operator remains responsible for suitability, setup, positioning, settings, comfort monitoring and stopping or adjusting the session.

What businesses can enquire?

Wellness centres, recovery studios, boutique gyms, performance facilities, hotels, resorts, spas, multi-location operators and qualified distributors may enquire.

What happens after I submit the form?

The NUSBE team reviews your business, country and business type, then contacts you to discuss your questions. If you supplied preferred availability, a representative will arrange a suitable walkthrough time with you.

What space does my venue need?

Plan a private session area with a suitable bed, equipment clearance and safe operator access. Review your proposed room layout with NUSBE before confirming the supplied system and delivery arrangements.

How is operator training arranged?

Discuss training and operating guidance for the exact proposed model. Onboarding covers setup, supervised use and comfort checks; the arrangements and scope are confirmed in your proposal.

What support is available after launch?

Your proposal confirms warranty coverage, maintenance responsibilities and the after-sales route for your model and market. Review parts coordination, remote guidance and any on-site support before you commit.
