Questions about NUSBE
From your first visit to prices and supervision, find the practical answers here.
Your first visit
What is a NUSBE session?
NUSBE is a guided robotic thermotherapy experience. A trained operator reviews suitability with you, agrees the session area, selects the settings and checks your comfort throughout.
What does it feel like?
You may feel warmth in the selected area. Tell your operator immediately if anything feels too hot, sharp or uncomfortable so they can adjust or stop the session.
How long is a session?
The introductory and single-zone sessions last 45 minutes. A dual-zone session lasts 60 minutes. Your operator confirms the session details before you begin.
How do I request a visit?
Send a session request or contact NUSBE Rimbayu. Our team will discuss suitability and availability with you. Your appointment is confirmed directly by the team.
Supervision and suitability
Does the robot replace the operator?
No. A trained operator guides the consultation, setup and positioning, selects the settings and checks your comfort from start to finish.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. NUSBE is a wellness service. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
What if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before arranging a session. Let the operator know about relevant conditions, recent procedures or concerns during the suitability review.
Who should avoid it?
It may not be suitable if you have a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a bleeding or clotting disorder, a fever or active infection, broken or injured skin, reduced sensation to heat, certain implants, recent surgery, or a suspected or active cancer in the area concerned. It is also not suitable during pregnancy. If you are unsure, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
What do the temperature settings mean?
They describe the equipment settings selected by the operator. A displayed set point is not a deep-tissue temperature or a measure of clinical results.
